There are NO refunds or exchanges on personalized/customized items, unless there is a clear indication that we made the error, pointing out the error in the original order sent to us. Please send the item back within seven days of receiving the item in the original state it was sent. The returned item will be inspected and approved if there is no damage, and a refund will be processed within 24hrs.
